I forgot how absolutely amazing Central Park is. After leaving the city behind four years ago - with three kids in tow - I never looked back. Who had time? Last month my dear friend asked me if I wouldn't mind coming in to the city to take their family portraits for the third year. YES! This marked their first holiday season as a family in the big apple after moving there from Old Greenwich. We got together and took a "walk in the park" last week. I let the boys lead the way and all sorts of great spots and shots were unveiled. We climbed trees, stairs, walked through and over branches and hills and scootered through all sorts of paths. I'm not sure who had more fun (probably me!) Lesson learned: life is an adventure - don't hold back. “No, no! The adventures first, explanations take such a dreadful time.” ― Lewis Carroll, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland & Through the Looking-Glass
